The Jaramana Refugee Camp on the outskirts of Damascus, full of Assyrian Iraqi and Iraqi refugees. Many Druze live here, along with gypsies surrounding the camp.

Hope you are doing well.
Have you considered taking some 360 degree set of pictures which you can merge to generate 360 on google earth ?
I think it would be nice to give users a feel of how its like being there.

Hi Firas;
I’d love to, but doing any type of photography out here is tough. Anytime I’m in the same place for more than a minute or two taking pictures, someone will come by and demand I stop. And not even police or other officials…So I’m been staying on the move a lot. Setting up my tripod/camera for a 360 panorama would attract far too much attention. I’ll see what I can make happen, but no promises!
