  What a splendor, the mountains and the GEOLOGY is spectacular.Take some pictures from the BANDED sndstone surrounding the arched gate.The colors are very vibrant. Remember me and try take picture with someone standing there for scale.

  dude…this is amazing. I’ve never seen Petra, you did a great job capturing its sheer size and splendor.

  Let me know if you need anything I can help with. Its really interesting to read about the role of the Church outside of our communal ‘politicking’ in the West. It seems these churches have become the only salvation for majority of these people, as I had anticipated.

  Keep us posted!!! Its really neat to take the journey with you as you go to these different places.
